We understand that our clients view their pets as members of the family and believe they deserve the same level of care and comfort. We also realize that our clients' lives are often busy in today's fast paced world. To help make caring for their loved ones a little easier, A Lucky Dog was created.

A Lucky Dog is a customized Dog Walking and Pet Sitting service founded in 1998 by husband and wife team, Jennifer-Lee and D. James Lem.

Jennifer-Lee Wilson is an SPCA CERTIFIED DOG TRAINER and BEHAVIOR COUNSELOR. She has studied under internationally renowned author and trainer Jean Donaldson at the San Francisco Academy for dog trainers. She is also certified in First Aid for Pets through the American Red Cross. Jennifer-Lee has been around dogs and pets all of her life having worked at her father's pet store beginning at a young age. She has made a career of customer service and management.

D. James Lem is a UC Berkeley MBA with degrees in Marketing, Economics, and Business. He is also a California CPA and is trained in First Aid for Pets at the American Red Cross and Basic Obedience Training for dogs at the SPCA.
