Bella Casa offers four investment packages. Two are “Fabricator” packages which have been carefully designed to launch you, immediately, as a super competitor of the shutter fabrication industry in your area. “Ramp up” time is reduced to days instead of years in reaping real and significant profits from your investment.
For those investors who cannot afford to make the required investment for a “Fabricator” package, Bella Casa offers two “Marketing” packages that provide you a low cost means of getting started in the shutter business on a smaller scale and working toward a “Fabricator” goal and its profits.
Fabricator Package Benefits
Both Fabricator Packages are designed to do the following:
- Set you up, immediately, as a “super competitive” shutter fabricator in your area. In fact, you’ll blow the competition away with your prices.
- Show you how to set up your shop, in person.
- Provide you “one on one” training from a master shutter fabricator/installer with nearly 20 years of experience
- We train you how to measure, build and install shutters, in person in your shop and our in the field.
- We train you how to set up retail outlets by taking you with us while we set up actual retail outlets, in your area, for you. These retail outlets will display your shutter samples and will bring you customers.
- We will funnel, to you, leads in your area that come to our website
- We will help you find and train outside sales representatives that will work on commission and find and bring you customers
- We will provide you a large volume of proven marketing material to provide your retail outlets and sales reps
- We provide you sophisticated software which automates the fabrication calculations required, FREE
- Unlimited access to our web based training video library
- Unlimited technical support for any question you might have
- No increase in product price for small orders.
Tier One Fabricator Package
Tier One is our entry level Fabricator Package. Here are the details:
- The investment cost is $5,000
- All of the features listed as Fabricator Package Benefits, above, are standard
- You will be able to purchase product at an extremely competitive price point (See the table, below). This price point is still approximately % better than comparable product offered by many “non-Bella Casa” competition’s supplier.
- You will receive over $4000 worth of shutter component material
- You will receive two days of personal “one-on-one” training in marketing and fabrication from the owner of Bella Casa which includes setting up actual retail outlets to market your product, in your area.
- You will receive 1000 professionally designed and printed, glossy, two sided half sheet marketing “fliers”
- 5 Shutter samples for display in your retail stores worth $250.00
- 50 Measure Order Request Forms (MORF)
- 5 Standard Operating Procedure Manuals for your retail stores
Tier One fabricators have no minimum product purchase requirements. Tier Two Fabricators do. However, Tier One fabricators will not be able to purchase product at the same price point. It will be 10% more expensive. Competition with Tier Two Fabricators will be more difficult. Tier One Fabricators can upgrade their Package to Tier Two, after the fact, but the cost is an additional $7000. More importantly, once the limit of “exclusive” Tier Two fabricators exists in your area, the ability to upgrade is no longer offered.
Tier Two
Tier Two is our “Premier” Fabricator Package. Here are the details:
- The Investment cost is $10,000
- All the features listed as Fabricator Package Benefits, above, are standard
- You will be able to purchase product at our best price point (See the table, below). This price point is significantly better than comparable product offered by your “non-Bella Casa” competition’s supplier and 10% better than the Bella Casa “Tier One” competition.
- You will receive over $8200 worth of shutter component material
- You will receive three days of personal “one-on-one” training in marketing and fabrication from the owner of Bella Casa which includes setting up actual retail outlets to market your product, in your area
- You will receive 2000 professionally designed and printed, glossy, two sided half sheet marketing “fliers”
- 10 Shutter samples for display in your retail stores worth $500.00
- 100 Measure Order Request Forms (MORF)
- 10 Standard Operating Procedure Manuals for your retail stores
- Maybe most importantly, Tier Two Fabricator contracts will be limited to no more than one for every 500,000 population in your county. Your competition with the same price point advantage is limited to that number.
- Tier Two Fabricators are required to purchase at least $25,000 worth of product from Bella Casa, per year. This is less than $2100 worth of product per month.
Tier Two is, by far, the best bet to successful competition and profits. You will be able to purchase superior product at the best market prices, better than any of your competitors. You will be able to offer shutters which are the same or better quality as your competition’s, at a better price and with shorter delivery times. There will only be a limited number of Tier Two competitors in your area, guaranteed. You will be expected to purchase a minimum of $25,000 of product from us, per year, but that averages out to less than $2100 per month. It is very easy to reach that goal.
Marketing Package Benefits
Both Marketing Packages are designed to do the following:
- Immediately set you up as a marketer of custom shutters
- Set up a network of retail stores, in your area, that will sell your product for you.
- Allow you to “pay as you go” toward qualifying for and acquiring a “Fabricator Package”
- Provide training to get you started on selling shutter jobs
- When you sell a shutter job, you will be able to contact us and make arrangements with us on fabricating the shutters. You can come to our shop in Fresno or we will come to your shop. You can buy the material needed for that job at “Marketing Package” cost. This price is 10% more than Tier One price point and will still be competitive to comparable product from non-Bella Casa suppliers. We will teach you how to build shutters as part of that first job if we come to your shop. If you come to our shop, we will help you build shutters on the first 2 jobs.
- All product costs you incur for the building of shutter jobs will count, cumulatively, toward the cost of a Fabricator Package. As you begin to grow in activity, you will be earning a Fabricator Package of your choice.
- When you sell a shutter job, we will teach you how to measure and build shutters which will be applied to our obligation as part of your earning a Fabricator Package.
Marketing Package One
Marketing Package One is our best value of the two. Here are the details:
- The investment cost is $1000
- We will provide you with one 8hr training day which includes the following:
- Product description, use, configuration, benefits and useful marketing facts. 30 - 45 minutes
- How to measure windows for shutters and the different styles of shutters. 30 - 45 minutes
- Who to sell to, who to set up as retail stores and promoting your business. 30 - 45 minutes
- Explain the Bella Casa system and standard operating procedures. 30 - 45 minutes
- You and the Bella Casa instructor will spend the remaining time out in the areas of your choice meeting with and setting up retail stores to sell your shutters.
- You can set appointments with contractors, designers, real estate agents or any potential client for us to meet with as well.
- You will receive 2000 professionally designed and printed, glossy, two sided half sheet marketing “fliers”
- 10 Shutter samples for display in your retail stores worth $500.00
- 50 Measure Order Request Forms (MORF)
- 10 Standard Operating Procedure Manuals for your retail stores
- Unlimited Video training
This Marketing Package does the best job of getting you started toward fabricating shutters on a limited budget. It provides not only the marketing material you will need, but the training provided personally by a master shutter fabricator/installer. We will also come to your area and take you with us to set up retail accounts who will sell your product for you. When you sell a job, you can buy superior product at a price lower than your non-Bella Casa completion, but not at the same low prices as Tier One and Tier Two Bella Casa fabricators. We will teach you how to build shutters either at your shop, or at ours. All the money you spend on material will count toward a Fabricator Package of your choice. The only warning is that there is no guarantee that a Tier Two Package will be available in your area when you reach that amount.
Marketing Package Two
Marketing Package Two is our “minimum” investment package. Here are the details:
- The investment cost is $500
- You will receive 1000 professionally designed and printed, glossy, two sided half sheet marketing “fliers”
- 5 Shutter samples for display in your retail stores worth $250.00
- 50 Measure Order Request Forms (MORF)
- 5 Standard Operating Procedure Manuals for your retail stores
- Unlimited Video training on:
- Product description, use, configuration, benefits and useful marketing facts.
- How to measure windows for shutters and the different styles of shutters.
- Who to sell to, who to set up as retail stores and promoting your business.
- Explanation of the Bella Casa system and standard operating procedures.
This Marketing Package does the “bare minimum” of setting you up as a shutter marketer, but it requires the least amount of investment money. We provide you the training you will need to sell shutter jobs, not personally, but via video training available on our website. We will also provide you with marketing material that you can use for your retail stores. We will not be able to come to your area and set up stores for you, but if you are willing to learn how by using the video training and then commit to the work necessary to make it work, you can become successful. When you sell a job, you can buy superior product at a price lower than your non-Bella Casa completion, but not at the same low prices as Tier One and Tier Two Bella Casa fabricators. We will teach you how to build shutters either at your shop, or at ours. All the money you spend on material will count toward a Fabricator Package of your choice. The only warning is that there is no guarantee that a Tier Two Package will be available in your area when you reach that amount.
As you can see, our objective is to establish a limited number of Tier Two Fabricators in specified geographical areas. We offer several means by which to acquire one. Once we reach that number, no other such fabricators will be established. We will reach that objective in a relatively short period of time. Those opportunities will not last forever. Obviously, your best option for securing one of those “exclusive” fabrication packages is to invest at that level before there are no more.
