My name is Todd Nichols and since 1980 I have been the owner of Harpeth Cleaning Services in Nashville, Tennessee. The client walks you through their building, pointing out what needs to be done.There is business out there for you because many other cleaning businesses do not pay attention to detail. Your competition almost give you the work because of their shoddy performance.

They are usually busy doing their job so they quickly walk you through the building. They point out the problems and issues they are having with their current cleaning service. After the walk thru, they will give you the information such as the square footage, number of cleanings per week, and so on. Lastly, they will ask how soon they can expect the estimate. At that point you will go home and prepare the estimate. That is all there is to it.
